To observe a high-functioning kitchen during dinner service is to watch a living work of art. It’s a living, breathing thing: led by the fearless head chef, all teams working in harmony for a common goal.
I view each plate as a piece of art, not only because of its physical beauty, but because I’ve seen the labor of love put in by chefs to communicate through their food. From menu conception to execution to the moment it’s devoured by guests, I capture every detail.
