Photographing restaurants is one of my favorite projects, not only because I usually get to eat after I shoot, but because I get to witness the incredible feat that is owning and running a restaurant. The Infatuation reached out to me in 2023 to capture various dishes from several restaurants in the Denver area for their guide, and it changed my life. It changed the way I walk into a restaurant as a customer. I was able to see, firsthand, the resilience of hard working teams to set themselves apart and succeed in a tough industry.
